Appointment Booking Enhancements

Luminous U recently implemented a small but useful change to its appointments booking system allowing our clients to self-manage and edit new and existing bookings. For example, if your upcoming booking needs to change time or be completely rescheduled (work related or life just happens), you can now edit as needed. This frees up availability for other Luminous U clients and you benefit through additional flexibility and self-management.

A lot of people are already used to doing their other personal care providers such as doctors, hair barbers, hair stylists, personal trainers… and even their own clients, so it makes sense to enable more control. Of course, we’re still free to take your call and make appointments for you, but self-managing means you can plan ahead if you wish to.
